1. The service

24K Bets is a content-only subscription providing sports analysis and opinions. No betting, wallets, deposits, or trading occur on this site. Members place their own trades in their own accounts on third-party platforms. 24K Bets never holds, moves, pools, or manages member funds, and does not offer copy-trading or connect member trading accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (21 where required). One account per person. Membership is invite-only: every new account, including Free accounts, needs a valid invite code and is reviewed and approved by us before any content is visible. We may decline or revoke access at any time.

Prediction markets are not available in every state. You are responsible for checking your own state's rules before trading.

3. Picks

All members in the same tier receive the same picks at the same time. Units describe general confidence only and are not bet sizing. We do not provide personalized picks or individual advice.

4. Memberships & billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly until cancelled. Each payment records the card-paid amount and the credit-paid amount separately.

5. Credits

Credits (daily check-in, referral, loyalty, and prize credits) have no cash value and may only be applied toward subscription costs. They cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards and are not transferable. We may void credits earned through abuse, including multiple accounts, device or network manipulation, or false information.

6. House Book data sources

House Book trades placed on Kalshi are imported automatically through Kalshi's read-only API from the owner's account. Polymarket US does not offer an API for personal trade history, so Polymarket US trades are entered manually by the admin, usually with a screenshot, and are not pulled automatically. Fast-window markets (such as 5- and 15-minute Bitcoin Up/Down) may include several in-window entries and exits; execution notes describe how each was traded.

7. Third-party platforms

Kalshi and Polymarket are independent companies. We are not affiliated with them and receive no referral compensation from them.

24K Bets provides market analysis, opinions, and picks across prediction markets for informational and analytical purposes only. This is not financial, investment, or legal advice. All members place their own trades with their own money on their own accounts.
